Since as far back as I can remember, i've
had a tongue that has a whole bunch of
cracks on it. It has a pretty big one
right down the middle, a bunch of little
slits on the sides. When I was born the
doctor told my mom that I have a
geographical tongue but i've looked up
what a geographical tongue is and realized
that at one time I had it but not anymore.
Now it's just a bunch of cracks. There
isn't anything on any website about a
cracked tongue so I wondered if anybody
can tell me why I have it or much less
anything about it at all. Also, no it
doesn't hurt at all, i'd just like to know
what it is.

Look up fissured tongue. It sounds like
that.

and its seems like its getting worse.

i have the same thing! Nothing will
happen my mom has had it her whole life as
well! And it hasnt really gotten worse
some of the crackes may get deeper but its
fine! I dont know what it is called but
everything should be fine :lol:
