When you get a cold, ie stuffed nose, congested lungs, do all your lymph nodes swell up? Right now I have a cold and the nodes in my neck, armpits and groin are swollen. Plus one in my neck is swollen pretty hard -it's like a pebble. Please, any help would be appreciated.
