I am 25 years old and I have never had a
problem with high blood pressure before
but on my last ob/gyn consultation it
read that I had high blood pressure and
rapid heart rate. I just took a self
heart rate test and it's 84 beats per
minute. What is the average heart rate
and what is considered too high?

Hi there! Keep in mind that when you
have a drs appointment that it is a good
way to raise a blood pressure. You can
buy your own kit, go to like a rite-aid,
walmart, they all have machines or to like
a hospital, even they will help you keep a
record of it, the main thing is is to keep
an eye on it.
