Loss of Energy From Ejaculation
Posted: 07-26-05 00:44am

I had a question for anyone who can help. I'm a healthy 23yr old male and when I have sex too much with my girlfriend I lose all my energy. I was wondering what I can do to counter that. I eat healthy and I excercise and I don't drink or smoke. What gives? Am I not getting enough of something in my diet that helps make more sperm? I'm lost with this and I love to have sex all the time so this serves to be a considerable problem. Thanks

Sex is like a workout of course your going to be a bit exsausted after it!

Maybe you can try different positions like girl on top that way shes doing the work and your saving some of your energy!

You could always drink a redbull before or some energy drink, thoes always make me very hyper!

Thanks for the help but I think you misinterpreted me. I don't have any problem with the workout part or being in shape. I can do it for an hour or two before I start getting tired. It's nothing about the excercise. What i'm talking about if the actual ejaculation. Some thing about that is taking my energy away like my body doesn't make the sperm back fast enough. When i'm in the gym and I run for and hour and i've gone 8 miles I don't feel as exausted as when I come some times. I'm really confused about this but it has nothing to do with endurance or fitness. Someone please help

Make her go on top for a while lol. When I have sex I dont spend the hole time, man that takes way to much work. We trade off haha. I think its impossible to go more then 15 mins doing all the work. Also you could start running the treadmail that might help.

So are you saying you cant get an erection like min after cumming the first time?

The sperm production dont really have anything to do with an erection, it's the blood circulation to the penis. How do you think men who have had vesectomys reach orgasm when they dont have sperm. There is also fluids that come from the seminal vesicle, and the prostate glads that do not contain sperm, they contain fluids thats what gives the cum the white translucent fluid.

Don't worry about not being able to become erect again like 2min later. Sometimes it can take my bf like an hour before he can get up and go again. If its your girl that wants to keep on gonig, perform oral sex on her.Or if you want to keep on gonig longer use a penis ring they help keep the blood in the penis.

They have all missed the point. I know what you mean--i mean from my husbands point of view, I know.!!!

He is like that sometimes, but he explains it like all his fluid in his body has been taken out and he needs to replenish it. Well, I really feel like that sometimes too. Very exhausting. Not the exercise of it, the fluid loss of it!!

Just more liguids I think will help some. What else to help I do not know.

Like gatoraide or sumthin!! Replenish electrolites
