I have been working out and dieting for
about 2 1/2 weeks now.... I only have a
bout 5 pounds to lose.. I weighted
again today and I have not lost
anything... I am so bummed.. Could it
be that i'm building muscle and it weighs
more? I wouldnt think so after only 2
1/2 weeks but I dont understand why the
scale has stayed the same.
I'm not overweight but I do need to lose 5
to 7 pounds... And its killing me I
cant..!! I want to give up and just
starve it off...But I know that's so
unhealthy..Any advice... I'm headed to
cabo in 3 weeks!
