Std Or What???

I have been dating this white girl for about a month now and I had unprotected sex with her. A couple days later, I get this bad bad flu like symptom that lasted about a week with no anitbiotics. She does take birth control pills and I know that causes a yeast infrection. So maybe weeks after haveing sex with her I get this tingling sensation. It wasnt bad at fiirst but annoying. No discharge. I went to get azo pills and that didnt work. Then I tried monistat with vinegar. That didn't work. So I went to the doctor to get it check and I told him that I had a white discharge but my penis had no foul smell, nor did my scrotum swell. As well it didnt hurt to pee, but it kinda felt like a tiny tiny sting, but not bad enough to stop peeing. So the doc tells me he thinks its gonorrhea. I told him well yeast infections has pretty much the same symptoms as gonorrhea, and clyamedia. So I am confused. I am currently waiting on my results to see what the hell it is. I asked my girl does she have symptoms, and she said no. Im going to tell her ass to take another exam because this caca is hideous. What do u guys think???
