Umm, cramping could be because of your period. When did you have unprotected sex? Test in a week or two is my opinion good luck

Yes that can be a sign of pregnancy. The cramping can be your uterus stretching making room for the baby, I had that aswell and I am 8 weeks preg!!

You can try retesting in a week if you like or right away, another option is going to your doctor and he can do a urine or blood test to find out, because in some women the pregnancy hormone just idn't strong enough to be detected by a home pregnancy test. Good luck!

My husband and I have not used any form of birth control for about 6 months.

I will try to wait a week and see what happens. I have read that it is best to wait at least 10 days after you "miss" your period to get a more accurate result. I guess if I have not started int 2 weeks I will call the Dr. And get a blood test.

Well I took a test this morning.... It said not pregnant. I am at 35 days now (5 days late) still no period and I started to get realy bloated 2 days ago.... That usualy does not happen to me....

I don't know what to think.

The good thing is that I go in for my yearly on the 19th and if I have not started by then perhaps they can tell me a little more about what is going on.

I am going through the exact same thing right now... I have had cramping, food tastes like tin foil, nausea, my breasts were sore( but aren't too bad anymore) headaches (but those are a normal thing) and no period. It should have came 3 days ago but nothin yet. I've tested 3 times for pregnancy and all were negative...Maybe my period is just real late..What do you girls think? I will test again in a week if I don't have a period come. And I have to go to the doc soon so maybe i'll have him check too. I'm not too scared but it's just that if i'm not pregnant why didn't I have my period...(plus i'm on birth control, and messed up a little but it was that I missed a pill and had to take it the next day is all) I would really love to have a baby but the timing is a little off with my hubby and I trying to buy a house and stuff.

i was sure I was pregnant, because I had all those symptoms, I took 5 home pregnacy tests before it came out positive! Sometime they just don't work.

Wowsers...Were you on birth control? I think maybe i'm just late. I dunno....I'm not scared or worried so that can't be what's making my period late...But who knows...Birth control can make a girl have those signs too

it's so weird...My husband and I were just talking baby and names and stuff and what our plan should be and different things we think about being parents and what we want to make sure we do with the baby that our parents didn't and make sure we agree on certain things...We were thinkin like next year...Not now

i wasn't on birth control, never have used it. My husband & I were not trying, but not preventing for 4 months. We were also thinking about the things you were & thinking a year from now!

I would suggest using the first urine of the morning. If you have already, I guess all you can do is wait another few days/a week, as annoying as it is!

Maybe I am going to start soon.... I didn't really have sore breasts or any nausia... Just some reflux this morning after my coffee. Still having the cramps but they are and have been very light.. Not as painful as normal. I thought I was starting ran to the ladies and found it was just discharge. Still bloated.... Ugh I feel so puffy....

I know I should wait another few days but I would really love to take my allergy meds but am a little leery especially since I have never gone more than 30 days with out starting.

Should I wait until I am 10 days late (ie 40 days) and re test then or should I try this weekend?

Okay mirth...Here's what happened this morning....

I took my 4th test...I always take it right away in the morning b/c I haven't eaten or drank anything yet...

Anywho...All my tests were neg before...

There are two boxes...One a square, one a circle.

If both have lines, i'm pregnant, if only one (the square) has a line i'm not.

So okay, then I take the test and both have a line...But the one in the circle dissappears after a minute...So I dunno I don't think the test is sure either...Lol

i will test again tomorrow morning too...What do you think is goin on here

It may be a chemical pregnancy.... I have also heard that if the line dissapears before the time is up it is still negative.

Birth control tests detect the hormones in your body when your pregnant. Some people dont have a high enough level of hormones to show up on a pregnancy test.

My first pregnancy was in february... I tested a week before my period, it came out negative, but when I tested 5 days after my period, it came up positive and the doctor confirmed that I was already 5 weeks.

This time around, I am 2 days late. My period is very regular and I do not cramp unless I am about to start bleeding any second or I am in the process of bleeding. I have been cramping for the past 3 days, not my normal period cramping.. But, all my tests have come up negative so far. I plan my next test on monday =o)

either just keep testing, or wait for your doctor appointment! =o)

Well I have an appointment on the 19th which is less than a month away... I will probably re-test some where in the middle and see if I show anything... I just hope that there is nothing wrong with me....

Started having a brownish discharge today and now it is turing a bright red so I am under the great assumption that I am not preg. However dissapointing there is always later. I did just in the last week get a new job offer and turned in my resignation to the company I have been working with for the last 2 years. So I am hoping that was the "stress" that could have delayed my cycle for over a week. But realy I think I had a chemical pregnancy and nature took its course.

Hi - I think I may be preggers, but am not yet sure, and I might want to wait for a little longer until I buy an expensive test. Hubby and I went to mexico from july 5th - 10th, which was peak fertility time of the month for me, and we have had unprotected sex during that time < we are trying to get preggers > after we got back from mexico...About 4 or 5 days later, I was bleeding some , only one time tho..And only for an instant, like one wipe, that was it. Very wierd, thats when I started thinking ...Oh wow maybe - implamentation bleeding! :) I usually have my period around the 23rd of each month, but I still dont have it and it's already july 31st! I have slight cramps, on and off......My breasts are tender and I have insomnia < last night I hardly got to sleep at all> the only thing that is kinda keeping me from thinking i'm really preggy is the cramps, they feel a lot like i'm about to have my period, but yet, nothing! Wierd.
I have also been feeling a little queesy, on and off. And have been tired.Could I be preggers ? :) i'm 34, and that makes me think, it might not be that easy to get preggers for me, given my age......If I am , it would have only taken 2 month of trying :) ttfn sabina
