I was talking to a friend the other day and he told me his girlfriend had been hanging around a pregnant women for the last few weeks and one night while sharing an intimate moment he realize his girlfriend had started lactating.

Is it possible for a woman to lactate like that without being pregnant? Or is there something she isn't telling him?

wow. Yes there are stranger things that happen to woman if there hormone levels are out of normal range. But perhaps they need to talk because she can be keeping a secret. Either way he should really take this opportunity to make sure she understands his feelings on pregnancy at this time in his life..
