My dad about 11 o clock started having slight gas cramps nothing serious at first now it's 12 30 and he's in horrible pain cramping like he has to pass gas but it won't inability to and he is starting to get nasues i'm not good around sick ppl I need help as soon as possible please this is scarey.

What side is it on? If on right side.. It can be appedicitis.. But yea.. I'm not expert.. Take him to er if he's not any better. Good luck!! =d
