Afraid to Go Poop

I always hear about people dying on the toielt from heart attacks because theyre taking a crap and it constricts your vagal nerve or msumthin and stops your heart. Im always afraid to take a caca. Anyone else ever worry about that. And the bad thing is I have to take a caca right now. :{

Ha! I saw something like that on the "x-files" once (some weird episode about alien bugs as observation tool or something), and I spent like a year worrying about poppin' a blood vessel in my head. Lord knows i've come close sometimes.

Uhh, I don't think that really happens...If it does, it is extremly rare. The most you can get from pooping to hard is a bad case of hemmeroids. I know, I have them before and it hurts....
