My face is very bony. You can see my chick bones from a mile away. But i'm not that skinny. I'm normal. When I eat alot to get my face look better, all the food goes to my stomach.

What kinds of food go directly to your face? To make it bulker?

Well i'm not sure whether there is any food just to bulk up your face...Maybe you just need to gain more weight.

If it is only your cheekbones that you can see, maybe you just have high and more pronounced cheekbones than others.

I Am Recovering From Anorexia

The other day, I allowed my husband to take naked photographs of me. Just as the doctor says, I am rather bony in spots and can see why they are concerned with my rib cage, collar bones, pelvis, and legs as proof that I really need to put on weight. On the otherhand, I also still am not thin in the stomach nor the thighs. I think that it is so unfair that I look both too thin (like with my rib cage) and too fat (my stomach and thighs) to wear a bikini.
Unfortunately, we are built like we are. Some parts of us will be virtually fat free while other parts will hang on to the last bit of fat. It is good to be a healthy weight though even if it means that some parts of us will get fat.

Fat is fat and it will choose to go where it pleases, just like there are no excersises that remove fat from certain body point, there is nothing to put weight on in specific areas, unless ofcoarse you get plastic surgery...But thats probably not the best idea...How old are you? I'd just try and learn to accept your cheek bones, high cheek bones are so sexy!

I'm 21. Its not just my check bones, its my whole face. It just looks to 'empty.' its very weird to explain. I have a normal body, but my face looks like it belongs to an anerextic person. :(
