Q: Sharp Pains Down Left Side In Early Pregnancy

Hi,

i would really appreciate some advice on this to see if I should go and see a doctor - I am in my 6th week of pregnancy and have developed a sharp pain down the left side of my stomache/womb area.

It happens sometimes when I get up quickly but can also happen when I am just sat quietly. I have been getting it for a few days now - and it is not constant. I am having some other normal pregnancy symptoms like nausea and extreme tiredness and also have had an upset stomache for a little while.

This is my second pregnancy as I have a healthy 17 month old

any advice would be very much appreciated.
