From what I have read online and through
health magazines, the answer is yes--you
can end up compromising your immune system
because of stress/anxiety. My mom was in
a terribly awful marriage. My dad was
verbally abusive for 26 years to her, and
she was always stressed out, to the point
of it being ridiculous. She got sick a
lot more (just with everyday stuff) back
when she was married to him. She was
constantly getting horrible migraines (saw
lights, her vision was blurry, had to be
in a completely blackened room). After
the divorce 3 years ago, she doesn't get
sick nearly as much. It's such a drastic
difference.

Yes it can damage your health. If you
start getting bad stress it will hurt your
diet and you can get ulcers and all that..
Try to relax and something that relaxes
you. I could go on forever about stress
hurting you but the face is it does.
