So I finally told my mom. It took her a bit to sink in and we talked about it after work too with my dad there. A lot of crying and the whole time I was looking down and scraping my butter knife on the empty table. I think I scared them when they couldnt believe that I found mary kate olsen as the ultimate weight. But anyway, im a bit sad that I told them cuz im not going to be able to barf anymore. But I think its better right? I mean.. U cant barf forever. I borderline anorexia and I think its much healthier than bulimia i need to get some bloodwork done and theyre going to put me in some clinic centre or rehab like place. Something tells me its not going to work as fast as my parents think it will. Them and their quick fix ideas..Pfft

One thing that I have learnt from going along to those support groups i've been sheppereded too is that while the sufferer may be in the contmeplation stage, like knowing what we're doing is unhealthy, the parents are in the action stage and expect us to be there too. They dont get it, and I guess we cant blame them. I hope everything goes fab for you, I hope you dont do as I did...When my parents found out I had to stop purging, but now i've started restricting in a major way. I'm boerderline anorexia aswell, so I guess we're in the same boat. I dont think either is mentally more healthy, but phsycially in the beginning anorexia is, but it has bad complecations after a long time. Neither is good, neither should be considered good, but i'm been a total hypcrit when I say that to you, because its exactly what I say t my self "well atleast i'm not throwing up anymore, its more healthy this way". sigh its all so hard!
