Hi I just joined tonight I have several
1cm cysts on my thyroid gland and my lymph
nodes are swollen.I am not losing
weight,but gaining.I don't know what the
problem is.I have a sore throat all the
time,and I have a hard time
concentrating.Does any one else have this
problem?I all so have problems saying
words that begin with s' or that have the
letter s' in it.Does any of this make
since to any you.Or have any you had this
problem.Can some one please give me some

Hi, tnt406
i can't offer you any answers but I just
thought I would join in. I had an
ultrasound on my neck cause it was swollen
and I have a nodule - it is 7-9 mm. So,
my next step is to a radioactive iodine
test. The doctors move so slow and don't
help much. I am just going to my regular
doctor - in fact - I can't even speak with
him. I get a nurse practioner when I
call. That makes me mad. I called
several endo docs and some aren't even
taking new patients and I have 2
appointments in sept with a couple. But I
don't want to wait that long, so i'll have
this test done thru my regular doc and
take the results to the endo when I go.
Keep me posted on how you are doing.
