Burning Sensation After Ejaculation
Posted: 08-01-05 00:10am

I am in my mid 20's and have had this problem since about the age of 16. I occasionally have a burning sensation after ejaculation. I have tried to narrow the cause down to certain things. It seems to only happen if I urinate closely before ejaculation.

The pain lasts for about a half hour or so. But it is quite intense. It somewhat seems like a sensation to urinate, though this just helps for a second. This is not something I can ignore, but would rather not have to go to a doctor about it.

Have been sexually active since about the age of 15, have never been checked for std's. My biggest concern is the std thing I think.

Any help would be appreciated.

If it's an std it might have already done some damage. You really need to go to your doctor and get checked for std/is.

I get the exact same feeling and I haven't had sex yet so I doubt that its an std.

I also get it if I urinate close to ejaculation and I also get it if I rub too long after ejaculation. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing the problem.

The symptoms could be of an std, so it's important to get it checked out. If you've not had sex, it could be a simple infection. Other than that, i'm not sure.
