From december 2002 to march 2005 I had a
fit once a month. Now, my wife have to
tell me I had a seizure, I hardly
notice.
After allot of messing around with
nutricient, I figured that as soon as I
accumulate enought toxins, I get a fit.
The problem is that not only food stuff
produce toxins. Emotions play a major
role. At present I try and eat most of
my food raw. Trying not to accumulate
such allot of waste . Get my liver and
kidneys to do what they suppose to do.
The emotions part I cannot control. I
tend to get upset or irratible everyday.
I do not! Use any salt and sugar. Do
not eat meat and rice from monday to
friday.Try and eat alkaline foods.
I am hoping to be the first person to
solve this epilepsy problem.
Only if there is no physical damage!

I experimented over a period of about two
years with food.
The thing is that everything you put into
your body creates some waste, and this
waste is toxic.
I eventually got a diet that leaves less
wastes and is more alkaline.
Before I had the following on a daily
basis:
q headaches.
Q stomach aches.
Q major smell problems. (pre aura?)
q mood swings.
Q dizziness and some times I use to get
lame.
Now, after I started eating most of my
food raw, all the above is gone.
I now only get very 'mild' convulsions at
night about ones a month. I can
sometimes say when this is going to
happen. Usually after I ate quite a bit
acid forming food together with some
colorants and taste enhancers.
For some the normal removal of toxic
'stuff' from the blood is not working the
same as so called normal people.
If somebody can let me know how to clean
my blood on a daily basis without some
medication, I will really appreciate it!
All medication creates more toxins in the
blood and that builds up over time and as
soon as some point has been reached then
‘blam’, a fit. In some people this
can happen a few times a day.
Try and eat something that leaves less
waste.
Do not leave the medication until the
seizures and other problems have
disappeared.
Some people might have a physical problem
and might need the medication to have as
normal as possible a life. So please
take care with you diet. Try and get all
the necessary nutrients in and at the same
time monitor your acid and alkaline input.
You will find everything you need in raw
food.

Wow, exactly right.
Me too. Far as I remember the bad stuff
is refered to as exitotoxins.
Flavouring, preservatives, acids of any
kind, all kinds of "extracts" as well.
I can't exactly remember what the research
said but it had something to do with
message transmission between the synapses
in the brain.
Too much toxins and the firing between
synapses don't happen like it should.
Nowadays I try and stay away from all
non-natural stuff.
I've been off acids for so long that if I
have one piece of red or green pepper I
have heartburn for a day.
I also drink a lot of water.
