Anyone here find they don't want to eat much? Like you start eating and you feel you can't eat anymore?

Yeah some days I eat loads and other day I dont even think about food and dont fill like eating.

I made a post on this a few weeks ago.I was off my food for a week and felt sick even looking at it.

Yes I have gotten this a few times lately and I dont know why. Usually its first thing in the morning. I am so hungry and I will make myself some pancakes or french toast and then I will have a couple and right after I feel like puking, however I ususally force myself to get it down because I need the food. Im only 140 lbs I dont want to be any skinnier hehe.
