I guess god gave you an extra one to make up for the lost one. Good luck girl! Is your bf happy about it? How come they didn't know before? I was supposedly pregnant with twins too but must have lost one at the begining cause when I had my first u/s I was 5 weeks along and there was only 1 but when I gave birth I had 2 amniotic sacs. ??? I'm not trying to wory you (you're much further along) I just thought it was interesting. Good luck!!!!

I think there are some treatments regarding your situation. But the complications are also great to the babies if they survive =(((((

i am so sorry, it could seem worse on the ultra-saound than it really is. Won't know it all until they are born.

I dont think yyou should let anyone talk you into aborting them. Drs think they know it all but ive known them to be wrong more than right with me, all my life.

Well my partner wants me to do but I just dont know.

These are the best doctors in sydney so I trust them,

the treatment is huge, they said theres ab operation they could do which will laser the placenter apart but they only do it in 2 places in australia so im pretty much against it, it just seems too risky.

I dont know what i'll end up doing in the end.

They said I can either have the operation, wait and see what happens or I can terminate the pregnancy

ps they're both little girls :(

if I wait and see wat happens they said they would probably have to induce me at 25 weeks and im 18 weeks now.
I have to give them my decision at 20 weeks.

You said 25 weeks, why do they want them to come so early??

That to try and save them, or to abort them?? I dont understand why so early!

Well if I decide to go ahead and only have the amnio reductions then they would have to induce me at 25 weeks to try and save them, because if they stay in then they would most likely have heart failure and they wouldnt survive.

Im seriously thinking about going ahead with it and just seeing what happens, but the overall survival rate is only 50%

Just remember "with god all things are possible"

all you can do if you decide to proceed is have faith, believe and pray.

God I pray for her the babies and her husband right now, in jesus name. Your will be done father.

I have heard of smaller odds than that lately researching ectopic, heterectopic and abdominal pregnancy.

My daughter in law was preg in uterus and on the ovary. They gave her methotrexate to stop fetal growth, cuz they missed baby in uterus. No signs of life from uterus now, (although it keeps growing)and other one completely disappeared. Now we wait 2 more weeks to see if the bleeding and clotting she had was ectopic pregnancy, uterine pregnancy, or both.

I myself am 43 years old--and if you like check out my other posts. But I have been awaiting "a miracle baby" for 18 years and I believe I am now pregnant, I do not have utreus but I do have ovaries and 1 tube. I have all the signs, and then some. I have been searching out abdominal pregnancy and I find many women who have had c/s delivery of abdominal pregnancy, if drs dont give methotrexate to stop the early pregnancy. For it is dangerous. But if it is from god like I say--all will be just fine. He dont do things half way--he does it fully.

God bless you all
