I have looked in the forums and cant find
it. Wondering if this product works that
is advertised on t.V. I want to loose a
little bit on the belly and just clean
myself out. Maybe there is a better
product that you have used and loved.
Let me know.
Thanks scott

Its Pretty Typical That You Will Lose Some Weight Cleansing Posted: 09-23-05 13:23pm
Since cleansing removes the toxin build up
in your system it helps your body process
foods more efficiently and thus fats and
some carbs are flushed from your system
rather than absorbed and turned into fat.
It also reduces water bloat because many
toxins cause your body to retain water as
your body attempts to flush away and
dilute the toxins. With all the
processed foods we eat today and people
eating out so much, I think it is
essential to cleanse your body every 4 or
5 months.
I use ultimate cleanse by nature's purest
I put a link below to the place I buy it
online but you can get it (maybe for a
little more money) at most gncs.

Several people sent me a private message
asking about other cleansing products. I
have used both the super cleans and
ultimate cleans from nature's secret and
highly recommend them. So at the request
of several people, here are the other
cleansing products that I also recommend
