My husband and I live in louisiana and are
trying to get
pregnant. We currently do not have health
insurance as my
husband is self-employed and I am looking
for a job. I am trying
to find a health insurance plan that will
cover maternity costs in
the event that I get pregnant before I get
a job. All the plans
that I have found require a 12 month
waiting period for
maternity coverage. Does anyone know of a
plan that does not
require such a long waiting period or no
period at all? Do you
know anything about the maternitycard?
