Can anyone tell me the best way to measure
body fat at home? I know that there are
excellent clinical ways to do it, but what
about these scales by tanita that measure
weight and body fat? They get pretty
good reviews on epinions. I have also
bought my own set of calipers, but just
dont think I am using them right. I have
recently re-commited to strength training,
but am gaining weight. I am still doing
regular cardio along with it
but I am getting discouraged at the weight
gain. I know all the stuff about muscle
weighing more than fat, but I feel like I
might feel better if I knew my body fat
percentage. I cant figure out how to get
a decent read at home.

be able to follow a personal and
justifying treatment.
