Been on oral morphine 11 yr medtronic morphine pump installed 2000. I am a worker comp patient all my teeth which I have left lost 4 last 2 years have 2 or more cavities in each and will lose another one. I need reasearch to show my insurance carrier with worker comp that this dry mouth called xerostomia is caused my use of morphine as well as the other 9 drugs I take orally. Any help I do thank you please cantact me
