i am 27 yrs old and a smoker ( 1 cigg a
day)...I was around 86 kgs around 2 yrs
back when I was diagnoised with a high
cholesterol level...I immediately took
radical steps and came down to around 68
kgs....My problems have started since
then.....Around a yr back I started
feeling my heart beat like a palpitation
but a regular heart beat...I went to the
gp who dismissed me ...I started having it
again and went another 2 - 3 times to the
gp...The gp put me on anti-anxiety
meds....This helped me for some
time..Around the past 8 months or so I
have also started noticing my stomach beat
to the heart....I.E. It goes up and
down..To the heart beat...And I can also
feel my pulse in my leg sometimes behind
my kneed and on my sole...Especially after
I come back after a run or when I feel
nervous or anxious....Is this a sign of an
abdominal aneurysm ??
Please help me out someone

I have the same thing. Apart from
stomache, legs, feet and hands my head is
beating with the rythm of my heart
(especially my upper neck). I have no
idea if this is correct.

Bingo...The back of my neck beats to the

anxiety or is it some kind of aneurysm

Look in the begining I thought I have some
serious heart problem. Then through the
continous bouncing of my neck/head I got
constantly dizzy and still am getting more
or less lightheaded from the whole crap.
I then thought I have multiple sclerosis
because of the dizziness or some other
neurological damage.
Now almost 1 year has past. I still live
with this mayor symptoms. My heart was ok
last time I went and let it checked. I
truly don't know if this is normal. When
I lay down and calm my whole belly shakes.
I think this cant be happening. This
definitely aint normal I suppose, but who
knows? My girlfriend definitely hasn't
got this belly bouncing I know for sure.
Sorry I cant help, but at least you are
not the only one here who has it. I'd at
least really like to learn if this
situation has a name. Imean if I go to
the doctor and my head hurts he'll tell me
headache. Ok but whta's this called? I
have no idea. Please read the post "new
here having a question". It's just two
post under yours.

Hell...I definitely wish there was a
name....medical question I can run 5 kms
at a stretch.....Cycle 20 kms at a
stretch...Come back and lie on my couch
and I feel like I am dying....Man I hate
myself for thinking..About it but
hell...Am gonna get an ultrasound done in
4 months time
