Bleeding 2 Days After Sex Posted: 08-05-05 08:40am


I had sex on wednesday, and it hurt terribly, but I paid it no heed. However, this morning I went to the bathroom and wiped, and I was bleeding profusely, like I would if I hadn't worn a tampon during my menstrual cycle, and did the same thing. Immediately I went onto this forum, and searched out answers to questions similar to mine, and the most common hypothesis was a tear in the vaginal walls. Is this repairable by time, or must I go to my doctor and get medication? Please, i'm very worried as i'm not a virgin, but this is the first time something like this has happened. Thank you.

Maybe you started your period early.

I couldn't have- I had my last period end about 3 days before I had sex, and I haven't been irregular for years. I don't bleed when i'm just sitting or walking or doing anything active, only when I urinate, or thats how it seems so far.
