I have been getting upper back pain from my mid back to neck mostly felt between the shoulder blades when I move upper torso left or right. Its moslty felt on the right side and a constant burning. The only relief I get is at night through til I get up in the morning. Docs and phsio have been no good its somtime felt round into chest but no very often. What is wrong please reply
