The two are supposedly equally
effective--both claiming 99%. Recently,
reports have been released claiming the
patch is associated with a slightly higher
incidence of more serious side effects
(such as blood clots) but i'm not sure how
reliable these are. It really comes down
to a matter of preference. Can you
remember to take a pill at the same time
everyday? Do you swim/ exercise/ bathe
often (which may affect the adhesiveness
of the patch)? I didn't personally like
the patch, but my best friend loves it.

The patch is if u have troubles
remembering @ what time u have to take the
pill....In my personal opinion I prefer
the patch because i'm not good @ taking
pills every single day @ the same time (
I have bad memory hehehehe)....
