Do you have really bad back aches when your pregnant? I did with my first one. I don't know for sure I am again but my back is killing me.

I did once I hit about the 3rd tri. I also had a huge belly so it didn't help. I thought they'd go away once I gave birth but since my son is a porker (he's almost 7 weeks and weighs about 14lbs!) my back still hurts from feeding him and carrying him-lol
