Q: Pls Help - Really Need Advice On Whether I Miscarried

Hi, just need some advice...

This actually happened a few months ago.

Missed my period for a couple of months. Started showing all the symptoms of pregnancy (e.G. Sore breasts, vomitting, eating alot). Suddenly started having terrible sharp shooting cramps (i don't normally have cramps during my period). Also started spotting sporadically. Furthermore, also had a clear sac-like discharge and sometimes, greyish matter.

Read somewhere that miscarriages can occur within the first few weeks or even days; even before pregnancy is realised.

Please advise me what you think happened.

Thanks so much.

Let me ask a few more questions before I answer...

Did you take a test? Have you taken one again? Are your pregnancy symptoms still present? Are you seeing a doctor?

Possibly sounds like a miscarriage, if they be any complication youd have known by now.

No signs a good sign.
