Q: Half a Period And Pregnant?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and for the last 4 days i've been cramping ( the pain is like a menstrual cramp) and bleeding lightly, but continuously. Because i'm only 10 weeks pregnant, could this be a harmless "fake period"? I've heard women talk about bleeding, but usually they talk about only spotting. I'm not just spotting. Could this be a sign of something dangerous?

Grateful for any help or advice,
k.

P.S. I did, in fact, miss my first period when I found out I was pregnant.

It could be something but it can be very normal I had my period all the way through my pregnancy just mention it to your doctor your next visit but if you get too worried or are in too much pain to go to hospital. Tke care and good luck
