Q: Birth Control And Test Results...? Help...

I think I may be pregnant because I missed 6 days of birth control and had sex during my ovulation days, but I started a new pack just in case i'm not pregnant. Can the birth control affect either the urine or blood test results?
Also, is spotting an early sign of pregnancy?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Yea it can affect the urine results.. I think the blood results would be okay but...Just a warning...If you are pregnant...I wouldn't take those pills..They can affect the baby itself, and i've "heard" and read that it can hurt a baby and cause a miscarriage
