Right....Ready for this?? Washing your bits too much can kill the bateria and cause you to itch and have nasty discharge. This includes using strong smelling perfumed soap to wash with.

I have had the same problem and have found that pearls soap stops this. The best option (although it may make you feel a bit unclean) is to simply wash with water. Another option is to get some natural yogurt and...Yes you guessed it....Don't eat it...Wear it if you know what I mean! It's a bit messy, but puts all the bateria that you need back where it should be.

I normaly go comando due to the fact that I loathe all underwear, when I am home I will just waddle about starkers, tis the way I was born!


I would say that I dont use bubble bath, I will wash my fact every morning and normaly have a bath every 2-3 days, I am not a fan of showers and baths they take lots of time and then I end up shouting at my boyfriend due to the fact he still (after 3 years) finds it funny to steal my towels and hide them, I will use the imperal leather foam burst stuff so I am not douching down there or anything..

I am one of thoes fourtunate people that bo tends to not occur.. Unless I have run several miles with no anti-persperiant!

Sand paper....


It feels like I am wiping my bits with sandpaper when ever I wipe, even when I touch them the it feels gritty.. Kinda.

I dont want to think thigns either way as I am just setting my self up for a dissapointment.. But eh.. Like I have a choice!

My nipples seem darker but the areola seems the same, except for all the little bumpie things (braile for suck here!) are out in full force!

My left boob is a wee bit tender, nipples are still friendly, last night I was watchign tv and brushed my hands across them and they hurt.. Alot, not just teh nipple the whole areola thing.. It was like a baloon under them as the whole lot stuck out!

I was dead tired by 10pm last night and I dont normaly get tired or go to bed till gone midnight.

I keep on getting these moments of being really warm and my pluse will rocket, when I took it last night it was at 128, when I was laying in bed tryign to sleep it was 92 and then dropped to 80 something after that I guess I fell asleep. My heart rate is normaly a little higher than normal, which I dont knwo why, I am 5'6 and about 140lbs just under 10 stone.

The main thing that is majorly diffrent.. Is that I dont realy want any chocolate, I have been at home for 2 days there is a huge bar sitting next to me and I just dont fancy it.. Which is very unlike me! For I love chocolate!!!

But any thoughts are appreciated, I am not due my monthly till monday as my cycle is normaly about 32 days.
