Birth Control Method....

What birth control is the best to use, with less side effects and stuff like that?
When I started birth control, I was on the depo shot, and that screwed up my system, so I switched to loestrin. Loestrin was fine at first, but recently i've been experiencing side effects; such as heart pains, increased asthma attacks, dizzyness and nasea.
My friend is on ortho-trycyclen lo, and I was wondering which one out of that and yasmin would be best to take. Or if there's a different one that is better.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Everyone's body is so different, it's really hard to say one pill is "better" than another. Personally, i'm on ortho tri cyclen lo and love it so far (1 month). I was on alesse before that (which is very similar to loestrin) and switched because of a decreased sex drive and lack of withdrawal bleeding. I haven't had any negative side effects so far. But if you're having nausea with loestrin, yasmin probably wouldn't be a great choice because it had even more estrogen, which is what causes those symptoms. Your doctor would be able to tell you better which pill is right for you.

Thanks! Yea, my doctor is either going to put me on a lower dose of loestrin or something, according to my mom. I dont want a lower dose of this one I just want to get off of it. Thanks!
