I have 2 days till my period is due. I've taken a few test but they are all neg. I know the symp. I've been having are those of pg, and I feel that I am pg. My stomach though is hard and is already looking like I am pg. I know its not fat. Many people that know me say I am pg. My question is when will I most likely get a poss. Test and why might I be so big already? I've gone from waring 27's to 32 in only 3 weeks.But if pg I would be now 4.5 weeks about. Please any help will be appreciated and thanks ahead of time!

Some pple never show pos urine test. 20 years ago for me, it took 7 weeks meaning 3 weeks after missed period. With my daughter it took 7 weeks and that was only 2 years ago. Cuz I know the tests have changed in 20 years. Just cuz they say you will know as early as 4 days before your period, dont mean you are the normal. All woman are differnt, so hcg levels will be different.

Thanks I hope it does'nt take that long though i'm very anxious to know. Could I have a neg. 3 days before and still get a poss. On the first day of missed period?

I got a negative result just before my period was due I then missed my period and still got a negative result I thought maybe I was stressed or worrying about it too much n thats y I missed my period but 3 weeks later I still hadnt got my period so I retested n got a postitive result!!!

yep!!

I hear girls come on here all the time, if I dont find out right away-- then it must be neg, but most the time; our bodies don't lie. If we feel preg 9 out of 10 we are. Pos test or not---

sometimes it just takes longer for some women

I tested up until 2 days before my missed period with a negative result. A day after I missed my period, I got back a positive result.

Just because the test says "can get results up to 5 days before missed period", does not mean it will work for you. I have had 2 pregnancies, each time using an early pregnancy test, and I did not get a positive until I actually missed my period.

Its very difficult if one gets into such doubts, to get it away. You go for one more test, the tests have at least some reliability otherwise they won't be done in the first place. Its necessary for you to be sure whether you are pregnant or not for your mental peace.

You cannot read a pregnancy test later, that was more than likely an evaporation line.

Your period isn't even late yet. Wait until your period is due to test. Read the directions and do not read the test after the time limit.

thank you. the only reason i looked at the test later... was because with my last pregnancy the same thing happened. i looked at it later and it said positive, then again i took another one and it was positve...same as this time...but i dont understand the 3 negative results. i know im not late yet, i was just wondering if its possible that i am in fact pregnant..how soon can a blood test at the doctors tell? and what does an evaporation line look like?

well if you are a week away from your priod then you cant be getting a positive test its too soon
