Q: What Are the Signs of Pregnancy?

Can anyone please tell me the reliable and most accurate signs of pregnancy? Coz I think I am...I tested this but it resulted to negative..I missed my period today.. Its already the 2nd wik...I was supposed to have my period last wik...Is this a sure sign?

I would go to the doctor and get a blood test.

Some of the symptoms I have heard of are sore breasts, cramping, nausea, backaches, headaches,feeling tired.Well I guess this helps but I think you should go to the doctor anyways. But good luck with everything. And let us know wats going on. You know I think I might be pregnant too I havent gotten my period for 5 weeks and I have most of these symptoms.I just need advise on how to tell my parents.

I dont know what to say..
Coz if I am, I too do not know how to tell them
i think the best ways is to talk to them privately and seriously.. Tell them what you feel..I know they will understand it all..Besides, they are your parents...
