Diarrhea During Pregnancy Posted: 08-09-05 12:39pm
Please help!
I am 12 weeks. Since week nine I have
been having diarrhea at times and I heard
it can affect the growing of the baby.
I cannot eat anything other than rice and
bread or very mild food.
Even spaghetti with meatballs, orange
juice or milk upsets my stomach.
Is it normal? I never had this problem
before pregnancy. Also, I am afraid of
eating anything else. Any ideas?

Don't Worry Too Much Posted: 09-10-05 15:40pm
I had a miscarriage so saying don't worry
almost makes me laugh, I know women
inherintly worry about their babies.
Anyhow, I am only about 2 weeks pregnant
and I kinda have diarea (sorry, I can't
spell). My aunt in law was so sick for
the first 15 weeks of her first 2
pregnancies that she was in the hospital
with a feeding tube and she has 2
beautiful little boys, perfectly health!
If you can't stop vomiting or cannot
control your bowels go to the hospital but
vomiting and diarea are very very very
common
