I went to the docter and my blood pressure was 142 which is high for me and they did not find any protein in my urine and my blood pressure is usally 130 why did they not seem concerned and my feet are so swollen can u have toximia without haveing protein in your urine?? Im 35 wks

No, toxemia is a disease that affects the kidney. And if your kidneys are affected to a dangerous extent you would spill protein which I believe is the red blood cells. I have a chrinic kidney disease and I spill protein all the time.

With my first I had high blood pressure the whole pregnancy. I had to go off work too. My ankles got swollen as well but they told me it could be the heat as well, my urine was clean too. 3 wks before I had my baby they put me on bed rest cause of my blood pressure. And when yor blood pressure goes up like that it causes the umbilical cord to tighten and the baby don't get the oxygen so be careful and take of yourself.

My first was the same, very very high blood pressure even had to be medicated. When I went to have him the bag was almost dry from them giving me blood pressure pills. But now as an adult he is low blood pressure. Hhuummm!!
