Hi all , been looking at this site for a few days. And I whish I had found it years ago.
Anyway been bulimic for 12 years now, tried various types of therapy for the past 5 years ,got to a better place with it ,but just can't seem to master the recovary thing ,i can go one to two weeks max without bp and then the cycle return again to every day or every other.
Just wondering if anyone had any insite to this whole recovary thing?

Hi lisabeth. You haven't said whether you are in therapy or not, or if you're trying to master this on your own. Personally speaking, I don't believe that I would not be where I am today if it had not been for my therapist. He is not the first therapist I have gone to, but he is the one i've achieved the most with. I believe that for therapy to be successful, you have to be able to trust and feel comfortable with them. I never fully trusted my previous therapist, and even though I respect what she did, she was not the therapist for me.
