Hi everyone, i'm new here. I have a
quick question, I wont have insurance
anymore since i'll be 25 and no longer be
able to be carried on my parents
insurance. Has anyone out there stopped
taking cellcept? My doc said its really
expensive. What happens when you stop
taking it? Do you get sick? Any replies
will be appreciated

I take it and I am about to have the same
thing happen. I'm switching to imuran,
which is as good and much cheaper.
Whatever you do, don't stop taking
anything without talking to your Dr.
First. I could be very dangerous.

Depending on where you live and how much
money you make there are definitely
programs the help those who need there
meds. Do some research and see what your
state has to offer. Or meet with a case
worker and see what can be done about your
situation. I know first hand do not quit
your meds!!!!!!!!!!! Especially if you
have noticed a difference in your symptoms
it might make you start all over again in
treatments ask your doctor about free
samples and tell them about your
situation. See if your doc can work with
your ins. Company and give an override
for 3 months supply at a time ins. Can do
that as long as they can get an auth from
a doc. Look into any possible way.
Please do not stop your progress even if
you haven't noticed any change its not
worth the risk.

my doctor just recently prescribed me
CELLCEPT and im only 20 yrs. old . it says
on the medical information that it may
cause tumors or some sort of type of
cancer . please to those whose been taking
it, please tell me what are your symptoms
and is it really worth taking the risk ?
