Teen Side Effects After Shot Posted: 11-24-03 10:44am
Hi, I am a teen and about a year ago I got
the birth control shot. After the shot
started to wear off I have been
experiencing a unique discharge that is
thick and smelly. Its been going on for a
while and I have douched but it only
helped for about 2 days then the discharge
came back. Please reply back if you have
any solutions.Thanks

After a month off the shot I had discharge
too so I went to the store got some
monistat 7 day treatment and used it for
the full 7 days and it cleared up right
away, don't get the 3 or 5 day treatment
my doctor said it doesn't work as well.
I heard douching is not good for you. It
only pushes bacteria and stuff back up
into ya. It is best to soak in warm
