It's not a sad time, I know it might be scary but definately not sad. Nothing you can't overcome with ease once you hear a heartbeat. You can't really tell how far you are unless you ask your doctor. My otc test changed pretty fast but I just thought I was about 3-4 weeks and I was over 6. Ask them what your hcg levels are when you go to the dr to get a test, and ask them how far along you are. Congratulations though!

There really isn't a way for you to tell unless you get an ultrasound done. I am waiting for my first doc appointment on september 2nd, congrats!

You would be 8.4 weeks as of today. They count from the last period eventhough we dont get actually pregnant until 2 weeks or so later.

Don't worry take it easy and everything will be fine its true once u hear the beat of your baby its the most amazing thing good luck
