Help :dont Know What I Have!!

Hey ppl !! Well im a 22 yr old male and for the last yr or so I have been having joint pains /stiffness in diff parts of my body . It started out with my right knee and then went on to my left knee .At this point the doc said I had chondromalacia patella which is a cartilage weakening conditioning in the knees. Well but gradually I noticed that other parts of my body too started to feel stiff or give pain at times. None of my joints however have ever been red or swollen . I did a basic rheumatoid arthritis test which came negative. The second doc I went too said it was nothing to worry and that while my knee joints had chondromalacia I also had some sort of nutritional deficiency which explained the pain in other joints so he prescribed a whole set of pills and also asked me to do some basic exercises for leg movements etc well I cant say I took the pills or did my exercises in all sincerity but for what iv done I dont feel much better than I started off with . The pain is not like a severe pain but more like a constant light pain !! I also checked out my uric acid level which turned out to be 5.5 which isnt high enogh for gout according to what iv read from sites. So im really not sure what I have , im hoping some1 has some cluee ??

There are so many different conditions that could exhibit the symptoms that you describe, that it is impossible to arrive at a quick answer to your question.

Have you considered the possibility that you might have bursitis?
