Surgey Outside the Us

I have no insurance, I am lucky enough to
have 5 herniated discs in my lower back.
I need surgey that I have to pay for, I am
thinking of central and south america.
Does anybody have any experience with any
doctors in these countries.

It might seem a bit far for you, but I
have read that a lot of people from here
(the uk) travel to india for surgery.
