After Appendicitis Surgery Posted: 08-13-05 18:04pm
I had my appendix removed on tuesday night
and was sent home wednesday afternoon.
What I want is about how long will it take
before I can go back to work and if I need
to be on any special diet? Also I still
have a lot of pain I try to walk around a
little and sit down but I feel like I am
streching my skin when I stand up. Is
that normal?
I allready took off the patch they put on
like they indicated and don't wet it but
it looks nasty. Up to know I don't see
any puss but it looks like I have skin
sticking out is that normal too. Last
question is it ok that I cover it up with
gauze so it doesn't get infected? Thank
you all who respond with answers I really
appreciate it. :?
