Am I Pregnant? Please Help!! Posted: 08-14-05 14:39pm
Hi-
i am just stresssssing. I cant stop
thinking about this. I am pretty sure the
first day of my last period was july.16.
So that would make me a day late today,
right? Wellll.... Still no period... I
am freaking!! For the past month I have
not been using condoms (i usually always
do, and have since my son was born)... So
we use the 'pull out' method. I know that
even using that method their is the chance
of becoming pregnant.... Do you think the
pre-cum can come out inside too? I was at
the doctors last week getting some cream
for my son (wed aug.10).. And while I was
there I got a urine test done because I
figured I had a bladder infection.. In
which I did and got treatment for.. And I
got them to do a pregnancy test also..
And it was negative. But I have heard
that I could be pregnant and I could've
been only a week or so when the test was
done, meaning it would not show up.....
So what do you all think?? Do you think I
am pregnant?? Should I go out and buy a
test??? Or should I wait??? I am
freaking out and I am ready to go out and
buy a test!!!!!!!! Please respond... I
need your help!!

Pre-cum, from what I have read, is
actually more potent with sperm than then
main ejaculation. Pre-cum, will come out
while he is inside you, as pre-cum means
exactly how its read... Before
ejaculation.
You should buy a test and see if it comes
up positive, now that you are late on your
period. If still negative, go to the
doctor and get a blood test, not a urin

Hello,
my husband and I were using the same birth
control method "pull out"!!! I became
prego!!!! Like the previous reply said
the pre-cum is the most potent!!!! Good

Thanks you guys :) I took a test
yesterday... And it was negative... Just
as it was on the wed.Aug.10th. And
yesterday I was one day late. Well I
still have no period... I am still
getting worried... Why do you think it
has not come yet? What should I do? I
did buy a pregnancy test with 2, so should
I wait and try again later? Or go see a
dr? Do u think I will get it? I hope so!

When was the last time that you had
intercourse!!!!! If your first day of
your last period was july 16th the way
that I understand is that today you would
be one day late!!! Maybe if you are
really worried you should go to the doctor
and have a blood test done. I think if
you are pregnant blood results may
determine that you are pregnant or not
sooner than a home pregnancy test. I
hope it all turns out the way you want!!!!

Update:
still no period... I made a doctors appt
for today though... Couldnt get in until
6:20 but that works. I just told them I i
think I have a 'bladder infection' because
if you want to see them for pregnancy
test, they wont do that, you have to go to
the 'wed clinic' for that? I just know
that they wont schedule you to see a
walk-in doctor unless its sorta important
or an emergency... So I had to lie.
So when I go there, do you guys think I
should get a blood test?? Is it possible
for him to get it done? I think he will
have to send me to the lab, and then I
might have to wait to find out? Not sure
how thats going to work out.
Anyways I thought that you were suppose to
count 28 days from the first day of the
beginning of your last period? Because if
you count 28 days from july 16th,
including that day, the 28th day is
aug.12. Please keep me posted and let me
know about that, ? Because im not sure if
I am counting right? Thanks everyone.

I think that you are suppose to count 28
days from the first day of your
period.........So today you would be 4
days late....If I am counting right!!!!!!
I would get a blood test done if they
will do it!!! They may send you to the
lab. I think I only had to wait about
45min for the results!!!!!!! Ok!! Hope

Welllll guesss what?? Good news!!! I
finally had a chance to 'relax' today and
wind down by going grocery shopping.. And
then I got it.. Im so relieved and happy
:) it finally came when I wasnt
stressing/thinking about it. Thank
goodness because I was starting to get a
little worried there. Well I guess I am
going out to the store again to be smart
and buy some condoms. I am not going
without those again!! Thanks for ur help

Stressing usually delays your period also,
that possibly was another reason you were
late.
Wise choice having safe sex from now on
hehe ;)
i never knew I wa spregnant until I was 9
weeks gone and chucking up every morning
because my periods are alays so irregular
hehe.
Glad you can relax, it's not nice worrying
like that.
