Yes they do work. Help freshen things up
and removed any deposits on the denture.
Basically if you take them out and brush
them with toothpaste and a brush it would
be cheaper and just as effective. They
sit in your mouth and get plaque and
bateria on them just like teeth do and
brushing works to helps to get rid of any
odors.

Yeah bt. I also know they freshen and
remove deposits from the gums and teeth,
but do they really remove germs and
plaques too? I do take them out and brush
them twice everyday but that doesnt seem
to be enough thats why I ask about these
denture cleaners like polident and
efferdnt. :?:

I use polident 5-minute anti-bacterial
denture cleanser, polident overnight and
even their toothpaste..It's really
effective, it really cleans fast, removes
stains, leaves dentures really fresh and
kill germs of odor-causing bacteria..I
suggest, polident!

Yes the anti-bacterial works well to have
fresh breath. I use the polident tablets
in soaking my dentures. But I use the
fresh n' brite of efferdent. And poligrip
for my adhesives. Also to have a good
breath try brushing your tounge with soft
bristle toothbrush with an ordinary
toothpaste and also brush your gums to,
this will prevent gum sores.

For denture toothpaste, it's advisable to
use the polident dentu-creme or polident
dentu-gel because it has a low abrasion
level that won't scratch denture acrylic,
also kills the germs that can cause
denture odor and cleans fast and removes
stains..

Advisable??? Hmmm I don't think so???
Although your dentu-creme works for you
doesnt mean it work for all of us? I had
used dentu-creme before it works for me
too but I still prefer the fresh n' brite.
What I like about polident is thier
soaking tablets.

It is advisable because of low abrasion
level of it, so it won't harm the
dentures..But i'm not telling that all
those who wear denture should go through
with polident toothpaste, it depends of
what you really want to use & your
dentist told you.. :)

Ahummmm.... Well I agree with that, but
some of the denture cleaners have low
abrasion level too. Well I have polident
tablets with me that what I only use in
the polident products. :)

Yeah, then choose of what really works for
you..That is really good & very well
to use..Like in my case, I do not use all
of the products of polident, I only use
what product really works for my
denture..;)

Becy is right, choose what really works
for you. For me I usually use efferdent
and polident but when my brands is out of
stocks I use mild clorox but I avoid to
use clorox frequently because it will
damage my gums.
