Q: Condom Safety....?

I recently became sexually active, and have been using a condom. Before ejaculation I pull out so not to come inside her.
Is this effective in reducing the risk of pregnancy or am I just wasting my time? Does a condom have to break for her to be at risk of getting pregnant or does sperm occassionally pass through defective latex?

Also, how could I convince my partner to go on the pill? She says she cannot swallow pills, but surely a tiny pill like this shouldn't be a problem.

Cheers.

If can swallow food or ice chips i'm sure she can swallow a tiny pill. Like last poster there is the patch and other bc she can do.
And I don't think she'd get pregnant while your wearing a condom and pulling out before cumming. The only way she'd get preg by you having a condom is if it breaks, slips off or gets a tare in it. There are some over the counter spermicidles you can get that adds to the protection, some are kind of messy but most are condom compatible.
