Help Me Plz
Posted: 08-15-05 19:36pm

Im17 and my gf is 15 and we have had sex a few times. She has been on the pill for a while because of irregular periods. But its time fer her period and its two days overdue right now, we plan to wait until the end of the week and then buy a test. We've been really streesed out recently and I think that may be delaying her period but we dont know. We dont know all the symptoms so its hard to tel until we get the test. What should we do?

She had missed one that day but made it up as the instructions told her to.

Well, missing a pill definitely increases your chances of being pregnant. Even though she made it up, the possiblility is still high. Just wait a couple of weeks and get a test.

I used clearblue and they are 99% effective just like everyother one of the tests. If it says negative but she still suspects and tests later on and it comes out positive then it may be too early to tell. The ones I recently saw can cost from $10-$20. If it helps you any I got pregnant whiles on the pill and I was overdue for my period and I took a test on sunday and it was positive.

Well we went out a got a $10 test. It says negative, im hoping this means shes not because if she was she would be 4 weeks in. Shes had no symptoms other then nasuea but shes always had that since shes on the pill. She is 3 days late on her period right now. We are going to wait until she is 7 days late if it comes to that and use the test again in the morning. We plan on telling her mother anyways no matter the responce of the test so we can get a doctors appointment. Thanks for your help folks, I kinda knew what to do I just wanted reasurance that im doing the right thing for her. Ill let you folks know how it turns out later.

I never thught I would be so happy to hear her say she had her period. Yup she had it last night. I think its cause she relaxed after the first test said negative.
