When I had my first panic attack about 2 years ago I wish I would have been educated beforehand about what they were. I think these subjects should be taught in high school for sure...Just wondering if anyone else felt the same

One day i'm ging to go to someone who actaully specializes in anxiety/panic attacks and tell them what I get and if they say to me yep you got it i'm gonna say..Are you sure! Cos i'm ahving trouble comming to terms with the effects of it.
