On alesse’s information it says you can
start taking the pills the fifth day of
your period. I really want to start
taking them (haven’t started yet) on a
thursday because I know from experience
it’s the only day that will allow me to
not have a period on the weekend (i’d
end up getting it around late sunday or
early monday). However the fifth day of
my current period, if it even lasts that
long, will be a wednesday (and I don’t
know what it will be next month). But I
still really want to take my pills on a
thursday. Ahh this was way less
complicated with tri cyclen... So should
I just take them on that day even if
it’s not the fifth day of my period? My
period doesn’t even usually last 5 days
anyway!
Just start on the first day of ur period
instead and then from ur entry that sounds
like a sunday. Then the next month start
taking the only take the sugar pills till
the thursay and start the next pack a few
days earlier. Then ur all sorted out.
I dont know it might be diff days so u
would have to play around I start my new
pack on sat and then get my period from
mon-fri mornin.
That's kind of like what I did for tri
cyclen. I went on the sunday start and
then after a while (when I couldn't put up
with my periods on the weekend. You don't
need that in a ldr) took a new pack a few
days early. My period started on saturday
this month but i'm not sure what it will
be next since i'm not quite regular yet.
I always get my period within the last 3-4
days of the sugar pills. Well thanks. I
just wasn't sure if I alesse works the
same as tri cyclen so I didn't know if I
could do the same thing.
